27th Feb’ 21, Dhwanit Saxena Senior Product Design Manager at Flipkart conducts an interactive session on Behavioural Science. He introduced the cycle of Behavioural science to students and its principal including loss- aversion effect, endowment effect, IKEA effect, relativity effect, anchoring effect, scarcity effect, framing effect, and social proof.

The session ended on a positive note with an interactive group activity, dividing students into groups for discussing the solution of any problem using these effects. Applying the endowment effect for health checkups, loss aversion for promoting handicrafts, IKEA’s for healthcare, relativity is for Tourism and social proof for building a community for the elderly were some of the solutions students came up with.
